I’m Nick, lead singer and guitarist for Kids That Fly! I first started taking guitar lessons when I was 7 years old, but after my teacher realized I didn’t like to practice I was told that “music probably wasn’t for me”. Years later, more motivated and a little wiser, I picked up the guitar again and I’ve been playing with bands ever since. My favorite ones are The Black Keys, Catfish and the Bottlemen and The Killers.

When I’m not flying with the kids you can usually find me taking trains between my hometown of Stamford, CT and New York City (where I live now!) I’m also working on getting my FAA Private Pilot’s License! I have a few guitars that I like to play but my favorites are my vintage remake Fender Baja Special Telecaster and my Gretsch Historic Series Streamliner, aka, Betty.
